Junk Free June

Story

Hello Friends and Family,

I have decided to set myself a challenge to improve my health , whilst at the same time enhance the lives of young people with disabilities.

I have registered to be part of Junk Free June 2013.

I pledge that I will:

  • Give up all alcohol
  • Give up chocolate and ice cream
  • Give up fast food

And I will :

  • Take up going to the Gym 3 times per week (minimum)
After 30 days I hope to have lost a few kilos and have more energy. I also hope, that through your generosity, we can raise funds to assist young people with a disability to exeprience new and healthy life experiences, such as going to the gym, joining a performing arts group, taking up Tai Chi,  or learning a new life skill. In other words do the things that each of us take for granted.

You can easily  support my efforts by making a secure donation. I would also really appreciate it if you could share my page above or comment below so more people know about it.

Click 'Donate Now' to make a secure online donation.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a DGR receipt via email as soon as you make a donation.

Thanks so much for your support!

Chris
