Story
Hi there,
I have decided to set my self a challenge to improve my health and at the same time enhance the lives of young people with disabilities.
I have registered to be part of JUNK FREE JUNE 2013.
I pledge that I will:I
Give up Some mm's off my tummy by regular exercise, better eating and drinking
and I will:
Take up Guitar lessons
All of this I will do in the month of June and I hope to have lost a few kilos and gained loads more energy. I also hope, that through your generosity, we can raise enough funds to assist young people with a disability to experience new and healthy life experiences, such as going to the gym, joining a performing arts group, taking up Tai Chi or learning new life skills. In other words to do the things that you and I take for granted.
