Junk Free June

Hi family and friends,

 

I have decided to set my self a challenge to improve my health and get fit for my little girls wedding in September along with enhancing the lives of young people with disabilities.

 

I have registered for a great initiative - JUNK FREE JUNE 2013.

 

I pledge that during June I will:

Give up Beer

Give up Coffee, and

Give up Chocalete

 

and I will:

 

Exercise at leat 3 times each week.

 

For those that know me well, will know how hard that is going to be.  So I need some motivation by raising a significant amount for The Junction Works. 

 

At the end of June I hope to have lost a few kilos, gained loads more energy, focused on being fit to walk my beautiful baby Kristy down the isle on 7th September.  I also hope, that through your generosity, we can raise enough funds to assist young people with a disability to experience new and healthy life experiences, such as going to the gym, joining a performing arts group, taking up Tai Chi or learning new life skills.  In other words to do the things that you and I take for granted.
